FAQ's on a Fitness routine
Q: What can I expect
during the initial routine consultation? A: Expect to go over all the many aspects of your fitness background whether
it's dance, gymnastics, sports, aerobics, karate, we will find what your strengths are and focus on exposing them to your
best ability. We will work on making sure your routine is customized to fit your level of fitness and makes you shine
onstage.
Q: What if I don't have any specialties? A: Not to worry, if you have coordination and like
to move to music, we will be able to show off your strengths.
Q: What if I have a theme in mind, but I don't
know how to translate it into a routine? A: That is where I come in, since my background consists of dance and choreography
my strength is in being able to take a song and them and put movement that best simulates what you are trying to accomplish.
Q: What if I can't do gymnastics? A: Gymnastics is only a strength you want to showcase if it is
your strength. There is no requirement for gymnastics, all you have to do is show off your personal strengths
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, ROUTINES WILL BE TAUGHT WITHIN FOUR INDIVIDUAL 1-HOUR SESSIONS,
