During exercise it is very important to know your heart rate.  If your goal is weight loss, you should know what your target heart rate is.  There are three different zones in aerobic exercise and for the specific goals you are looking to achieve, your heart rate makes a signigicant difference.  So wear a heart rate monitor and know your zone. Cool
